This a Self Defence Course consisting of 5 sessions, each session lasting for 1 hour.
Hour One covers Stances, Guards and Footwork, introduction to Strikes.
Hour Two covers Stationary Strikes and Dynamic Strikes, introduction to Hold Escapes.
Hour Three covers Escapes from Insecure and Secure Holds.
Hour Four covers Defence against Weapons.
Hour Five covers Defence against Random Attacks covered in the previous four hours.
