Rainbow Smoothie

Dish Description

This is a great way to combine the bright colours and flavours of fruit into a tasty and healthy combination.  Give this a go and see how this light's up your day.  SERVES 2

Ingredients

1/2 cup of sliced strawberries

2 sliced kiwifruit

1/2 cup sliced pineapple

1 sliced orange

1 tablespoon of flavourless whey protein isolate powder

1 to 1 1/2 cups of flavourless almond milk

Preparation

Place the sliced fruit, almond milk and whey protein powder in a blender and blend for one minute.
