Dish Description

This is a no thrills protein shake that is designed to enhance your recovery and build lean muscle tissue.

Drink before you go to sleep.  Have a shower, then stretch, have a Plain Jane Shake and see what it does for your recovery.  SERVES 1

Ingredients

2 cups of chilled filtered water

1 teaspoon of unflavoured whey protein isolate powder

1 teaspoon of l-glutamine powder

1 teaspoon of multivitamin powder

Preparation

Place the water and ingredients in a shaker and shake.
