This a great dish that tastes delicious and will leave you feeling full and satisfied. It is a healthy dish jam packed with vitamins, antioxidants, healthy fats and protein. SERVES 2
One Baramundi fish 10 -12 ounces or (300 - 360 grams), gutted and scaled
1 Small cup of shiitake mushrooms
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 ounce or (30 grams) of finely chopped spring onions
Bring a small pot of water to boil. Place the dried shiitake mushrooms on the water on high heat for thirty minutes. Drain the shiitake mushrooms and slice into small pieces.
Finely slice the spring onion.
Get a steamer and put boiling water into it. Bring the water to boil.
Place the fish in a flat steel dish, sprinkle the chopped spring onions and shiitake mushrooms on the fish. Spread the extra virgin olive oil on the fish.
Steam on high heat for twenty minutes. Bring the steel plate out and serve.
